The Essence  to Change an Organization 

Introduction

As an influencer of an organization change, there are many factors to consider in order to succeed in the implementation of the innovation plan.  Creating a sense of urgency an applying an opulent method for planning and execution of the lead measures, we can change our behavior of how we teach now. Learners must be the center of education, where choices and creativity play a huge roll in the engagement and projection of their future.

To change the organization, we need to change our cultural behavior. These changes are possible with clear expectations and identification of the vital behaviors. To create the highest impact on learners’ lives, we need to model the initiative with colleagues by implementing the six sources of influence.
In any circumstance of a human being’s life, it is important to know the why, because by nature people want to know the purpose of everything we do. Why are high percentages of learners in middle school disengaged and bored?  How can we empower students to learn? And what do we need to do to encourage the growth mindset in our scholars?  We believe that our school can create an authentic learning experiences, to inspire our scholars and projected them to create a better world.

A self-differentiated leader regulates the anxiety and is not afraid to stand alone under any circumstance, creating a safe environment when crucial conversations arise. We will implement the initiative with more elements to manage the team, in any crucial conversation that seeks to manipulate the plan.
The 4DX allows us to focus on the wildly important, leverage the measures, compelling the scoreboard, and a better execution to be successful.  With few wildly important goals (WIG) we will increase the opportunity to achieve our vision and help our organization to engage the learners. Where it is crucial to create significant cooperation and behavior changes.

Conclusion
Changing people is a challenge task. However, in this course we learned strategies that gave us more tools to influence others with my ideas. These will benefit learners, especially the invisible and with no voice. They have the potential to succeed, if we empower them with the right strategies and executions.
